The book seems to do a good job at explaining the basics

Is there a way to get a copy of the DICE2D software? The book mentions that DICE2D source code is available along with the book (p. 2 "Details ... can be found in the source code provided along with this book"), but there is no CD-ROM with the book or any link that guides the reader to the source code. There also doesn't seem to be any way to contact the author. The book seems to do a good job at explaining the basics, but so far provides false advertising on providing a good understanding of the implementation with the source code.
